This endpoint creates new feedback query for the environment.
Same endpoint is used for all query type (issue triggered, software survey, custom query) creation. Query type -specific parameters are passed as subobject specific to the type and only one type subobject can be set for one query.
NOTE: Unlike other endpoints in the query administration requiring feedback-admin scope for the access token, this endpoint also allows access tokens with feedback-queries:create scope.
