Add (map) new user account to an account

This endpoint adds (maps) Applixure user account from the account as Workflow user account.

Use this endpoint to add additional Applixure user accounts to Workflow which were created as account users in the Analytics. All user account eligible to log on to the Workflow must first be added as Workflow users into Workflow account and then separately authorized into board roles as appropriate.
